Be a Louisville Volunteer! Do you love Louisville? Do you like to meet new and interesting people from all over the world? If so you are ready to be an Ambassador. The Louisville Convention and Visitors Bureau is looking for people to work as Louisville Ambassadors! It's your chance to give back to the city you love, make new friends, earn great perks, and show hospitality to the visitors that come to Louisville every day. You don't have to be a living encyclopedia to volunteer. Training and printed resources will be provided. If you can devote a few hours weekly or monthly then fill out an application or call Destiny at 502-379-6109. Get ready to have fun!

Visitor Center Volunteer (6/1/10-6/1/11)
Volunteers assist visitors in the Louisville Visitors Center located at 4th & Jefferson.  
Main Street Visitors Center (9/1/10-9/1/11)
Greet and assist visitors at the Main Street Visitors Center located between 6th and 7th Streets on West Main Street. Volunteer duties include: · Providing visitor information about attractions and restaurants on Main Street in Downtown Louisville · Providing general information about other Louisville attractions and activities · Refilling and requesting brochures and maps as needed Volunteers should: · Be comfortable working alone and independently · Enjoy interacting with visitors No money will be handled at this location! A brief orientation will be provided!
2010 Kentucky State Fair (8/19/10-8/29/10)
Come hang out with us at our Louisville Booth! We will be out at the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center August 19 - 29th from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. We will need your help to make this year a success!
